2. Product and FDA Disclaimer
All products sold by Derma Renewal Lab are cosmetic products intended for topical external use only, as defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. § 321(i)). Our products are not:
- Drugs or pharmaceuticals regulated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
- Medical devices as defined under 21 U.S.C. § 321(h)
- Dietary supplements
- Treatments for any medical condition
Customers with known allergies, sensitive skin, a dermatological condition, or who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical supervision should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any new skincare product. Full ingredient lists are displayed on every product page. We recommend conducting a patch test on a small area of skin for 24 hours before use.
Any adverse reaction experienced during or after use of our products should be discontinued immediately. Serious reactions should be reported to a healthcare provider. If you believe a product caused a serious adverse event, you may also report it to the FDA's MedWatch programme at fda.gov/safety/medwatch.
3. FTC Advertising and Endorsement Disclosures
Derma Renewal Lab complies with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255, as updated 2023) and the FTC's guidelines on digital advertising disclosures.

Any before-and-after photographs shown on this website depict genuine customers and represent their actual experience using our products. We do not use digitally altered before-and-after images or stock photographs represented as customer results.

Where Derma Renewal Lab works with content creators, influencers, or affiliates to promote our products, any such material connection — including free products, payment, commission, or any other form of compensation — will be clearly disclosed in the content created by that individual, in compliance with FTC guidelines. Disclosures will be clear, conspicuous, and placed where consumers will notice them before engaging with the content.

We do not use fabricated urgency, false scarcity, fake social proof, or deceptive countdown timers in our marketing. Our subscription offering is clearly disclosed at checkout, with affirmative customer consent required before any recurring charge is processed.

All content on dermarenewallab.com — including but not limited to the Derma Renewal Lab name, logo, brand identity, product names and formulations, photography, video, illustrations, website design, code, marketing copy, and educational materials — is owned by Derma Renewal Lab or its licensors and is protected by applicable US and international law, including:

- The Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.) for trademark protection
- Trade dress protection under applicable federal and state law
4.2 Prohibited Uses
Without our prior written consent, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any content from this website for commercial purposes
- Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship

Incomplete notices will not be actioned. We will respond to complete, valid notices within fourteen (14) calendar days.
5.1 Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that content removed from our website following a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@dermarenewallab.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". Your counter-notice must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
5.2 Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).

7.3 California "Shine the Light" Law
California Civil Code § 1798.83 (the "Shine the Light" law) permits California residents to request information about personal information we share with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent direct marketing purposes. Third-party sharing that does occur — such as with advertising platforms like Meta — is for the purpose of promoting Derma Renewal Lab's own products and is governed by our Privacy Policy. 8. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes directly and in good faith. Before initiating any legal proceedings, please contact us at support@dermarenewallab.com to give us the opportunity to resolve the matter informally. The formal dispute resolution process is set out in Section 18 of our Terms of Service.

We do not currently participate in a formal alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. We will, however, engage in good faith with any mediation or ADR process that a customer initiates through a recognised dispute resolution provider.
9. Governing Law
This Legal Notice and all matters related to our website and its operation are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Where state law supplements or fills gaps in applicable federal law, the law most applicable to the nature of the dispute shall apply. Nothing in this Notice removes any right you have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law.
